At ARAAI CLOTHING AND APPAREL PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Accepted Reasons for Return:
- Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during shipping.
- Factory Defects: If the product has any manufacturing defects.
- Non-Accepted Reasons for Return:
- Personal Preferences: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal dislike of the product, color, fit, or any other subjective preference.
- Sizing Issues: We provide a detailed and accurate size chart for your convenience. Please carefully refer to the size chart before placing your order. Returns due to incorrect size selection will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@araai.in within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
3. Conditions for Returned Items
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any product that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
